The designing problem is, that there are four different states:
* enabled, rejecting
* disabled, accepting
* enabled, accepting
* disabled, rejecting
So you 'just' need either four different icons or split it into two
different columns (one for requested state, one for actual state).
Btw, I do not think that accepting or rejecting really matters for a
disabled queue.
What do you think is so bad mixing up icons and text?
