I'm sorry, but I don't think I'm authorized to say anything more.  It isn't 
certain the decision is final, but I had to have something so I could work on 
software proofreading next week.  So this is at least management's working 
decision for now.

Hopefully someone with more authority in the company will address your 
concerns in the near future.

I just wanted to let you know so no one continued putting effort trying to 
convince me of anything as the decision is not mine.  I really hate for the 
community to waste its energy.
