I think we're getting very close to the best, ultimate kdump
configuration tool. :-)

If we move this to the expert dialog, we should make sure that we have
network if the user chooses a network dump target. Maybe just a dialog
that asks the user if he wants to change the runlevel? Or changing the
runlevel automatically?
