Change implementation of Ustring to use const pointer to not depend on
internal String implementatio that changed in gcc5
This change break API and ABI. It is required because Ustring need to
have assign operator and reference cannot point to different class after
initialization which is problem when someone want to change Ustring to
which it pointer.
