use grub2's own misc.ycp
separate grub2's misc.ycp from grub to not clutter the changes with
loader type's conditional checks. We'd be better have the Grub
code untouched as much as possible and the separation makes the code
cleaner.

use mbr if /boot is btrfs and on logical partition
For btrfs, it's not possible to use block-list installation and
would require embedding core.img in btrfs's bootloader area or
in mbr and mbr hole which could provide enough room for it.
If btrfs /boot is on logical partition, we can't propose to use
extended paritition as it's too small in size (1024 bytes) to
the core.img and can't propose logical partition as it cannot
be chain loaded by generic mbr boot code. The only remaining
choice is mbr.

only allow grub2 be installed on /boot with btrfs
For grub and bootloaders other than grub2 and grub2-efi, as they're
not supporting boot from btrfs, we have to prohitbit them from being
installed if btrfs is detected as the file system used by boot partition
to prevent rendering the system unbootable after installation.
