Fixed basesystem looping at first step (bnc#556818).
Use :wizard_steps instead of "wizard_steps", as that is what the
session contains in the RC2.9 appliance.
This is a partial revert of 8496ab1c3d54cd5e859750a17b633344c8b47b0a
I wonder how this works.
