the default clock and default clock divided by 2 so you always know
what the clock is. In the case of the power management options we
don't print the clock to avoid spamming the log with tons of clock
changes.

so you're saying that without any explicit indication, the
ForeLowPowerMode option will make it run at half the speed..
It would be good idea to implement reading current engine clock in
radeon. There is AtomBIOS command for that.
