Subject: Using HPD as a workaround
Hiyo,
I have an AMD64 board (M3A78-T Asus) and an integrated ATI Radeon HD 3300
GPU. I can get X going, but it takes several tries and turning HDP "on" and
"off". I would like to have a reliable boot to xdm. Idealistic? I am so happy
there is an hd driver. It's great right now, but would like to improve the
user-friendly-ness.
I turned AllowMouseFail "0" so that I could make sure my mouse is working.
I have a usb mouse and use the "mouse" driver.
