Tiling is one difference that causes radeonhd to be slightly slower.
I say 'slightly' as it didn't seem to be responsible for the entire
performance drop; what I've seen is a performance drop due to PM.
We set the RHD_PM_IDLE level by default while the BIOS default should be
something like RHD_PM_FAST_3D.
Also commit be7216fca95 caused some performance impact for me: the
virtual size selected just requires too much memory.
