Please post your xorg.conf (once more if you already posted it - I don't
remember at hand). The log file looks like the monitor is correctly
configured manually, but I have to validate.
Also run rhd_conntest with only the VGA monitor attached (you need to
supply the PCI Id - get it from lspci).
Then I can verify whether your connector table is broken or not.

as for the VGA issue i am attaching a xorg log file generated without my
hdtv connected. vga is connected to a hp vs17 monitor which has a native
resolution of 1280x1024@60
The log file is fine. Unfortunately, I don't see why your monitor is not
detected.
