What do you mean by "without xrandr detecting all my outputs"? Does
it not properly detect a monitor that's attached or does it not show
one of the physical ports?

Tested on RS600. Seems MC setup problems have been solved, but now the
problem is with AtomBIOS and Voltage functions (so the black screen
remains). Attached Xorg log (with logverbose 7). Thank you for remember us
:-)
Actually, the AtomBIOS based powermanagement shouldn't influence
anything.
Just to make sure - did radeonhd ever (with any patch) work for you?
Does radeon work for you?
Radeonhd only works for me with DRI turned off and NoAccel option. It never
worked otherwise. But the thing is, I never had the chance to test AtomBios
stuff with DRI and Accel, because Xorg server never made it to get there: it
always stopped when trying to do the MC setup stuff because of the "MC not
idle" error, way before doing AtomBios stuff.
Radeon driver works for me (without xrandr detecting all my outputs, but
this is an off-topic comment), with DRI and Accel activated.
