This table is empty on r6xx hardware. The hw is different on r6xx and
newer asics.
Ah, I missed that. Indeed, it's empty on my M82.
Still, how does clock gating look on hw >= R600? Can I enable it
somehow? Using registers only? Or maybe it is enabled by default?
It's completely different and I haven't been able to find out exactly
how it works yet.
