Hi,

Christian made a patch which I am currently testing. So far all seems to 
work fine allthough I still have some questions on the adaptions but I 
really have to look in more detail. Very limited time available at the 
moment for this stuff.
My setup still suffers from occasional audio drop outs. This does not 
seem to be caused by the radeonhd driver but somewhere in the ALSA part. 
Dropouts are very frequent in AC3 passthrough. Have to try some of the 
options for the hda-intel module to see if this helps, any thoughts 
would be welcome here.
