Looks like pixmap corruptions.

Can you verify whether this is acceleration code related?

E.g. try

  Option "AccelMethod" "none"
  Option "AccelMethod" "shadowfb"
  Option "AccelMethod" "exa"
  Option "AccelMethod" "xaa"

and test on which of these options the corruption occurs.
