lspci output with BIOS primary VGA set to "Onboard"
In order to get both graphics cards active, I have to set the primary card
on "Onboard" in the M2A-VM BIOS. If set to the default "PCIEx", then the
onbard graphics is deactivated if a dedicated graphics card is detected,
i.e. the onboard graphics isn't even listed anymore (no 01:05.0 device and
02:00.0 becomes 01:00.0),
e.g. lspci with BIOS default settings:
01:00.0 VGA compatible controller: ATI Technologies Inc RV610 video device
[Radeon HD 2400 PRO]
01:00.1 Audio device: ATI Technologies Inc RV610 audio device [Radeon HD 2400
PRO]
02:00.0 Ethernet controller: Realtek Semiconductor Co., Ltd. RTL8111/8168B
PCI Express Gigabit Ethernet controller (rev 01)
