Hello, This is an update to the message I sent earlier today (included below, for your reference). I fixed the "can't load radeon kernel module" error, by compiling in the radeon DRM driver... yes, I am ashamed. However, DRI still doesn't work. During X startup, I get the following output: ... drmOpenDevice: node name is /dev/dri/card0 drmOpenDevice: open result is 7, (OK) drmOpenByBusid: Searching for BusID pci:0000:01:00.0 drmOpenDevice: node name is /dev/dri/card0 drmOpenDevice: open result is 7, (OK) drmOpenByBusid: drmOpenMinor returns 7 drmOpenByBusid: drmGetBusid reports pci:0000:01:00.0 (EE) AIGLX error: Calling driver entry point failed(EE) AIGLX: reverting to software rendering ... Hope this helps in finding the problem. Best regards, Rutger van Bergen -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: radeonhd+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: radeonhd+help@opensuse.org
