First, try doing a BIOS update as suggested.

If that doesn't work, the guidance on the wiki refers to having only
2GB of physical memory installed. You need to remove enough RAM
modules such that only 2GB of physical memory remain. Consult the
relevant manuals for your laptop on how to perform this.
