Hi Alex,
I'm seeing corruption with this patch, 262126ef is fine. My card is a RV770:

01:00.0 VGA compatible controller: ATI Technologies Inc RV770 [Radeon HD 4870]

I'm attaching a screenshot of my desktop.
Tell me if you need further information or have any idea to debug this.
