    R6xx/R7xx: workaround text rendering issues
    
    - disable a8 acceleration until I figure out why it's not working properly
    - disable DFS/UTS hooks.  they are still SW at the moment anyway.
    - fix pitch alignment (width has to be a multiple of 8,
        bytes have to be a multiple of 256)
    - fix height (height has to be a multiple of 8)
