Good catch.
I guess the whole option should be reworded, though.

none and center don't change the pixel aspect, as pixels are transfered
1:1. So the aspect ratio depends on the original aspect ratio and the
pixel aspect of the panel (which typically is 1:1).

I'm not exactly sure how this can be explained better.

I don't like the mentioning of the "external screen" - have to discuss
this with Egbert.
