Indeed it is. However, it uses AtomBios for mode setting, and on your
card it apparently isn't able to fetch the BIOS at all.

Maybe a newer version of the driver is able to, but I doubt that. Egbert
knows more about the PC architecture than I do.

Therefore, you don't get any connectors -> no output.
