[radeonhd] 0x796E:0x1458:0xD000: Integrated RADEON HD 2100

Hi there,
When I try to use radeonhd driver, running X turns out in a black
screen with the only possibility to reboot (Ctrl+Alt+BS -
Ctrl+Alt+Del).
Logs of Xorg ends up in the following assertion error:
