X11 config

Hi, I got ATI Radeon 3650 working at minimum with radeonhd driver 1.2.4 git
version on FreeBSD with PAE kernel 4GB ram. for some reasons i had to install
windows on another hdd, After install the driver on windows and switch boot to
FreeBSD. The Xorg start with slow FPS and there is some image painting
corruption. over all very bad performance .. Unusable :(

Well, I have no idea if the card hold some configuration from the driver on
windows or how to reset this configuration?

Is there any explanation for what happened?
