Rafał, thanks for testing!
The blanking of the DVI output you get when you disable the PANEL is most
likely identical to the problem I traced down to the PLL code and described to
Luc in an email.
He promised to look into it but hasn't had time to do so, yet.
I will reassign this bug to him.

About the white screen problem you are seeing:
PLL restoration using AtomBIOS is tricky. I'm sure this problem also happens
when you are not using the DVI panel (could you verify this for me, please?).
