remove "fglrx" kernel module (man rmmod).
rmmod fglrx didn't work for me since it seems fglrx.ko writes to some hardware registers on load time.

I will send you my Xorg.0.log file so you can see wich configuration I have. With the 8.10 driver it works perfectly. after installing 8.11 only the 2D works.
I have no idea what do you want to achieve. You wrote about fglrx that doesn't work but it's radeonhd ML and your Xorg.0.log show you try to use radeonhd. So I just guess you want to use radeonhd.
(EE) RADEONHD(0): The fglrx kernel module is loaded. This can have obvious or subtle side effects. See radeonhd(4) for
If so, why don't you just look for "(EE)" in your Xorg.0.log? Look at this: details. That's something to start with. Uninstall your fglrx or at least remove "fglrx" kernel module (man rmmod).
