Have other people with 780g and HDMI TV had success with current radeonHD?  If
so do you have their setups?  Maybe I compiled kernel with something missing. 
Could you forward a working .config for the matching hardware?  But as fglrx
works with same kernel and xrandr gets many more resolutions than radeonhd, it
would seem the radeonhd driver is factor.  I'll go back to fglrx.  Let me know
if you would like me to test changes.  Thank you.
