As I said, this seems to be more an Xserver bug than a driver bug. 
The log file you've attached is a new one generated after X has restarted. To
find the cause of the crash you'd have to get the file /var/log/Xorg.0.log.old
which is a backup copy of the log file of the previous run.
If you happen to have such a file sitting around (from a previous crash) you
can attach it here. Please make sure it was really the one from a crashing
server - you should find a backtrace at the end.
