Same issue as in bug #18310. You may want to try a later (1.5.) xserver which
comes with an entirely new PCI subsystem.
There is not much that can be done from the driver side.
Please also follow the discussion in
http://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=16264
about suggestions to get this to work.
