When X starts and using only HDMI with rgb cable unplugged, parts of the screen
are off the monitor, on all four sides.  If both cables are plugged in the
problem is worse for HDMI but rgb looks OK.

Only two resolutions currently appear using only HDMI.

bash-3.1$ xrandr -q
Screen 0: minimum 320 x 200, current 1280 x 720, maximum 1920 x 1400
VGA_1 disconnected
DVI-D_1 connected 1280x720+0+0 700mm x 390mm
   1280x720       60.0*+
   640x480        60.0

With both hooked up I think I got three with HDMI and four with rgb.

Using slackware 12.1
X -version says 1.42
