Your driver is quite old (1.1.0). Obtain a later version of the driver and
enable DRI (Option "DRI" "on"). This allows you to use textured video - this is
not entirely tearing free but should be a lot better. In your case the video is
rendered purely in software. It's hard to avoid tearing in this case.
