    Autoconf: Fix build on Ubuntu Feisty Fawn.
    
    * Check for glproto.pc still doesn't mean that GL/ headers are there
      on ubuntuland.
    * Ubuntu also ships the RandR1.2 protocol headers without shipping the
      driverside headers in the sdk.
