Reenabling the PANEL- i.e. the internal notebook screen fails.

# xrandr --output PANEL --off
linux-k7n1:/home/elm #
# xrandr --output PANEL --mode 1920x1200
xrandr: Configure crtc 0 failed

  This may most likely be an error in the radeonhd driver rather than a sake of
xrandr just issuing the wrong library calls.
