Yes, this is a well known problem.

could be a duplicate of this.

It seems to affect only the DCE3.0 digital blocks, but I have not been 
able to determine the cause, yet.
I know a system where it can be reproduced - I only need to get access 
to it (which seems to be more difficult than thought).
