Fix 07408e8518e4e19663c109ea8ad765686ea4e01e pushed.
Please note: this fix will fail the driver instance if AtomBIOS based mode
setting is requested but no VBIOS ROM image is found.
It doesn't attempt to fix the root of this problem. In all cases I've seen so
far the origin of the problem is outside of the driver.
