Ati Mobility Radeon 3650 RandR turned ON causing blooming

Hello,
 I've the same card (Ati Mobility 3650) and the same problem. With latest
radeonhd from git I need to setup Option "NoRandr" in xorg.conf to get other
than weird colors=blooming in the display. 

Radeon from gif doesn't work at all because it doesn't allow to turn Randr off.

This attachment is Xorg.0.log without NoRandr in xorg.log when the driver is
failing.
