First of all make sure you know what to expect from radeonhd:
http://www.x.org/wiki/RadeonFeature

If you still want radeonhd, I suggest installing
xorg-x11-driver-video-radeonhd
from
http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/home:/apersaud/openSUSE_11.0/

After that you should only need to crate new xorg.conf:
sax2 -r -m 0=radeonhd
