[radeonhd] [Bug 15989] Using RanrR radeonhd driver passes wrong resolution information to applications

I did a BIOS upgrade to revision 1901. That seems to have taken care of the
"going black" issue, but both DVI-D_1 and DVI-D_2 are still reported as being
connected. I haven't tried disabling HDMI to see if this changes anything with
this new BIOS release.
