[radeonhd] [Bug 16573] After attaching second monitor, no monitor works

@Jörg: Your second DVI connector doesn't have DDC which is strange. Could you
please attach a copy of your video bios? (you can use 'rhd_conntest <pci_id>
-d' to dump it to a file.
More verbose logging information would also be helpful:
could you start X with the command line argument '-logverbose 7' for:
a. the case where you have a single (working) configuration.
b. a dual (non-working) configuration.
Also please run rhd_conntest <pci_id> for the case a. and b.
and attach the output. Thanks!
