I feel bad posting this, because it seems like such an obvious
question, but I'm looking for basic information on writing an
xorg.config (or any other necessary driver setup) for the radeonhd
driver for my Sapphire Radeon HD 3450.

I have a kubuntu hardy box, just installed
xserver-xorg-video-radeonhd, and have tried 'Driver "radeonhd"' and
'Driver "ati"' in the config -- in both cases X just complains "No
devices detected".

http://www.x.org/wiki/radeonhd  is a good page, but it seems to have
mostly advanced troubleshooting information (I'll worry about getting
two monitors configured after I get one working! :-)  Can anyone point
me at a basic resource?
