Page http://wiki.x.org/wiki/RadeonFeature says that status of TV-out
is unknown for RV620.

I tried it. Driver can not recognize card (HD3450), but recognizes
chipset (RV620). Both TV and VGA attached to the same DACB and only
VGA works. If I add my card info into rhdCards array, have I chance to
set up my TV? Or may be I should try to change xorg.conf somehow...

Here most impotant parts of xorg log, full log attached.  (I tried
1.2.1 and git versions)
