[radeonhd] Acceleration and Xv support

For those that are interested, I've done an initial port of the
r5xx/rs6xx acceleration and Xv code from radeon to radeonhd. It's
available on the quick_and_dirty_accel branch of my personal repo:

I'll be working to get it merged to master soon.
