I usually only see mode setting issues coming out of hibernation and
attempting to use an external monitor, but _only_ after I've resumed
out of hibernation without the external monitor once, then hibernate
again. It's a little bit of a hassle to test for it specifically
especially since this is my only machine that I can attach a monitor
to, but I should be able to give some updates when I get back from
work tonight (PST). :)
