There is no indication in the log file that anything went wrong.
A few people are experiencing a black screen problem with digital
display interfaces. We are currently trying to track this down.

Here are some things you could try:
1. Your device has two digital connectors. Please try the other one and
   let us know if this works. (This of  course doesn't solve the real problem,
   it just gives us some additional information).
2. Get a current driver from the GIT repository, build and install it, and 
   test. It's possible that your problem has been fixed already.

3. You can dump your BIOS and email it to us. Use 'rhd_conntest <pci_id> -d'
   for this. It either comes with your system or is contained in the driver
   sources you have downloaded for 2.
