What did you reinstall? Is the Xserver version the same as before? If
not, can you try different Xserver versions? It could well be that there
is a regression in current git...

Also, please recreate the logfile with -logverbose 7. The option
"RightOf" seems to be parsed correctly, though "PreferredMode" is not...

Also, I don't see a ServerLayout section in your config. Without that
one, it's not sure which sections are actually used.
