i just found out, this problem does NOT occur in screen resolution
native to my TV which is full HD - 1920x1080. Stupid, i'm setting
resolution to 1280x720 because driver uses less CPU and there are
mentioned artifacts. But it looks like i have to use full resolution,
there are no problems with it except high CPU time consumption.
Hm, the problem you're seeing might be an issue in your TV's scaler - we
would only know for sure, if you could test the 1280x720 on a different
monitor/TV brand.
