driver id list.

src/{rhd_id.c,rhd_lvtma.c,rhd_tmds.c} seems to fix this.

Ah, this is an R500, so the second function of the card is just a fake
device to fool some windows version into doing dualhead.

Only 71D2 will work, as it is the only real device there :)
