Ok, the crash shouldn't happen, but we won't be able to pin down the reason for the crash without a full backtrace. Nevertheless, the server is crashing because it doesn't find any modes for something connected to DVI_D-1 (this is the HDMI connector?). So either the BIOS information is wrong, or we still parse something incorrectly.

Please run conntest as indicated in the README (all combinations of monitors attached). Maybe we can come up with something.
