The LVTMA handling has changed in ed9065a4288b92d4e3c286071b1a452bb1756a88.
Backing out this single commit won't be possible as other commits depend on it.
However you can comment out the line for the electrical value for your chipset:
{ 0x7142, 0x00F2061C }, /* RV515 */
and see if this makes a difference. In this case the value in the register is
unaltered.
