[radeonhd] [Bug 13853] occasional blackouts

Could it be that you changed something else or that the ways you started the
server with and without this said patch differently (ie. started the one
without the patch after a fresh boot or was a suspend/resume cycle involved at
some point)?
This patch is entirely unrelated to your hardware.
