    RandR compate code: Add crtc gamma function.
    
    This means translating the "new" way of specifying a gamma table to the 
older
    better designed way that i kept in my modesetting code. Or, another victim 
of
    rampant NIH.
    
    Fixes the "messed up colours" issues we have been seeing after 
suspend/resume.
